Creating an account is free and takes no card. You add a card when you start a plan — entered on Stripe's checkout page, not charged that day. The trial runs 7 days (14 if you came from a referral link), and the first payment is taken the day after it ends. Cancel any time before then and you're not charged. One trial per customer: if you've already had a BotDesk trial on this email, starting a plan charges you right away.
