What's true — only say these

Every one of these is verified on the live site. Don't add numbers, results, or customer counts — BotDesk is brand new and has no customers to cite yet, so any stat would be made up.

Careful with one: Shopify order tracking is built but NOT live yet (Shopify requires an app review first) — say "WooCommerce" when you talk about order tracking, not "Shopify".

What to show off, online stores (best first)

Film these on the clothing-shop demo, or type any real store into botdesk.studio/#generate. Ranked by what stops the scroll, so start at the top.

• Send it a photo, it finds matching pieces. Tap the image icon in the chat and send any clothing photo. Best single clip: obvious in three seconds, needs no explaining. (Store Style)
• "What goes with this?", it styles a full look. It pairs real products from the catalogue and says why. If a piece is missing it says so, it never invents one.
• "Will this fit me?", sizing from the size guide. Ask a fit question; it answers from the shop's own size guide. The number-one thing that stalls a cart.
• Ask a price or policy only that shop knows. Proves it learned the catalogue, not the internet. Zoom in so the figure is readable.
• Ask for something they don't stock, it says no. It declines instead of making one up. The part people don't expect.
• Ask for the price in another currency. It gives the real price first, then converts it and says the bank sets the final rate.
• "How much is shipping / is this in stock?" The everyday save, answered before they close the tab.

What to show off, local & service business (best first)

Film these on the salon demo or the web-studio demo. Ranked most to least worth showing.

• Ask it something only that business knows. A service price, hours, a policy on the page. Proves it learned the site. Keep it readable in the shot.
• Ask for something they don't do, it says no. It declines instead of inventing it. The trust moment that sells everything else.
• "How much for [service]?", a price answer in chat. If it gives a clean number from the page, film it; if not, use the first item instead. (Instant quote estimates are a Growth-plan feature, say that in the voiceover.)
• "Can someone contact me?" or try to book, it takes the lead. Show it collecting a name plus phone or email. On a real account that lead is emailed to the owner and saved in their dashboard.
• The after-hours line. No clicks, it's the framing: "It's 11pm, they're closed, the bot still answers and books the job." Lay it over any clip above.

Real, but don't film it on the demo (mention it in a voiceover instead): appointment booking (Pro), live chat takeover from your phone, order tracking (needs a connected store).

Suggestions for Owen

• Lead with the "wow" in the first 2 seconds. On stores that's the photo-to-match; on local it's asking something only that business knows. No slow intros.
• One idea per video. Pick a single item from a list above, show it working, done. Don't cram five features into one clip.
• Screen-record, don't just talk about it. The product working on screen is the pitch. Zoom so the answer is readable on a phone.
• Speak to one audience per clip. "For Shopify stores…" or "For salons…" beats "for businesses".
• Same CTA every time: "paste your own site at botdesk.studio, free to try, no card." Put your homepage link (Your link, top of this tab) in the bio and description so the click credits you.
• Format per platform: TikTok and Reels = 15 to 30s vertical, hook first, captions on. YouTube = the same clips, or a longer "I built an AI receptionist for a salon in 5 minutes" walkthrough.
• Post steady, not in bursts. A few strong clips a week beats ten in a day; repeat the winners with a fresh hook.
• If the bot ever says something wrong, don't post it, send it to Ben. Accuracy is the whole brand.
